I’m a strong believer in the need for business and technology to go hand in hand, against the old contractor-control model, and in how modern software engineering practices such as Agile, Continuous Delivery and DevOps can help businesses go faster and get a higher ROI via feature experimentation and a growth mindset.

I've helped organisations deliver critical projects acting as a CTO, VP Eng, Engineering Manager, Software Architect. I've supported leadership teams in reshaping tech departments by shifting towards a cross functional approach, forming teams aligned on business value streams, setting product focussed KPIs and balancing engineers in teams based on a full assessment on their capabilities - all while holding the team accountable for its results using Engineering Metrics focussed towards outcomes, not outputs.
